A warranty period of 12 months from date of delivery on all goods is provided for the Subpod, Subpod Grow Garden Bed and Subpod Aerator. We Warrant: ● That all Goods are new, free from defects, of merchantable quality and conform to any specifications provided on our website or in the order acknowledgement; ● The Goods against defects of material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date delivered, when used within the designed conditions for which they were manufactured. For latent defects, we warrant the Goods for 12 months from the date delivered (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is limited to replacement of parts which we agree are defective in material or workmanship and does not extend to claims for labor, expenses and other consequential loss or damage occasioned by such defect when in use. This warranty does not (without intending to create any category or limitation) cover defects or deficiencies in goods caused by improper installation or maintenance of goods or related components; deterioration by corrosion, erosion, fair wear and tear, irradiation, inappropriate use, inappropriate storage, negligence, accidental damage, use of undue force in operating the product or any cause of failure other than defects in material or workmanship.
All orders are shipped free of charge and are not subject to sales tax.

(During regular time) Shipping process: Anewly placed order usually takes 48-72 hours to be processed/shipped and will be delivered to you approximately 1 to 5 business day after an order has shipped, with most packages arriving within 3 business days. For example, an order made on Monday night will be shipped on Wednesday morning and would arrive about 3 business day later.
Our policy lasts 30 days in most case. Some of our brands are offering 60 days,please refer to the product page.If 30 (or 60 in special cases) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a 100% refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the case you used the product and you would like to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and a restocking fee might apply.
Since April 2020, there are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge aren't returned so a3% fee apply and will be deducted from your refund. In the case that the refund is due to a mistake from our side or defective items, we won't charge you any fees.
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email
Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We would accept returns if you notify us via email email@example.com 30 days after your package had been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 30 days had gone by after your package was delivered, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement!

If approved, your refund would be processed, and a credit would be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you can expect a refund within1-3 business days.
Alternatively, the credit can be applied via the form of an electronic gift card of equivalent value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, here are the steps you can take:
Check your bank balance again (transactions may have been delayed).
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 3-5 business days for them to process the credit).

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
- Items that have been in contact with any food product cannot be returned.
- Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Original shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Special Orders cannot be returned.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email concerning your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within1-3 business days.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
